It used to be if liberty was all there it was at least a fine , according to ANA grading standards it still is , so F-12 sounds right even though...
That's why on exspensive coins like these , I'll only buy certified or from a trusted dealer , But you'll learn a lot about counterfeits here ,...

They are actually using silver blanks of the correct weight , the Chinese are getting real good but blew it on the date on this one . rzage
Sorry the others are right the date is way off not even the same style of Number used on the real ones . Go to Ha.com and compare it to some...
You can weigh it , it should weigh 26.73 grams , something about the date doesn't look right , but that's just my opinion , I'll go look atsome...
