nesvt, have you determined if the one you posted was one that was graded 64 or not? I'm not expert grader, but I was suprised to hear that it made 64.
I was thinking this was an MS coin, but those eagle feathers are the one thing that bother me. As for the center of the obverse, I hardly ever see...
I think that the first one or two posters on grade seem to effect everyone else.
