That "R" looks exactly like mine - CERTIFIED. I still think it is real with corrosion (electrolysis from being in water).
I would say that you are a little low on the 10-S - especially since it is a high VF.
I have seen it written more than once that you sould not buy coins where the pictures are taken at angles. They make the coin look better struck...
