I just bought a mint sealed (or i should say wrapped) set for $70. someone selling one for $1000 us just plain nuts! I will have to check that...
I dont see why the feds would remove a perfectly good note, just for it being 15 or 20 years old. they only replace worn notes. they dont remove...

from what i have seen, any machine doubling is most always considered damage, and thus worth less then face value :( this type of doublin...
kinda weird, but i wouldnt put to much stock in it being worth muich if it is indeed an error. alot of things go on with notes that dont carry...
