sgeorgius equitum patronus coin/medal found. i need help identifying it. on one side it has st george and the inscription sgeorgious and on the other it has a knights head with a wing on the helmet

i have found a coin/medal with st george on one side and a knights head on the other.it is silver and on the george side is inscripted sgeorgious equitum patronus can anybody help to date and identify it.i will upload a photo asap.
