Hi guys and gals!! Has anybody heard of National Numismatic Cert. if so is this place on the up and up.I purchased a few coins on ebay that were certified by them.They do not look like ms65 or ms64 coins to me.However I am new to collecting mostly Canadian coins. Thanks Bob
