Snaz, I guess $44 is not a lot of money, but I swore that I saw the ad say $49. Did I just misread something? I am still thinking though, that you can find a ship wreck coin for less.... could be wrong. I would have to agree that owning a ship wreck coin would be neat, expecially if it certified as such, but I would want it certified by NGC or PCGS. NGC does a lot of this stuff. Don't ever recall seeing PCGS do anything like this. Good luck and keep us posted on what you get. We want to see pics!!!

Don't waste your money on those ship wreck coins. Check out my coin. I got it for $30 which I still thought was alot for this coin in this condition. You can find a better one at a coin show for much less. Obverse and Reverse I got it at my local auction and bid way too much, but I like it. I guess the only reason to get a ship wreck coin is the fact that it is a ship wreck coin and if you like that then get it. But if you are buying it just for the coin, you can get a better one for less money and maybe even graded by a reputable TPG. Joe

Snaz, you should change your AVATAR to say "That's Mr. Snaz to you!" If that is you in the pic, you remind me of one of my business partners. Kinda looks like that. Joe

Hello! Very nice silver dollars. I do like Canadian coins a lot. I visited Canada in 1997 and went to the museum at the bank of canada in Ottawa. Unfortunately I didn´t have the oportunity to purchase any good pieces. I saved all my change though, so I have a fair collection of circulated coins and currency.

Thats a very nice set of Dollars you have there Snaz. I usually opt for circulated coins but I decided against it for my Canadian Dollars. I may regret it when I go for the keys. Thanks for telling me about yours.

Hi snaz, I am trying to identify a coin/token that I posted"somewhere", and can't find it, or a possible reply. I don't know the forum, and beiln "legally blind", makes it extremely difficult. that is one of the reasons I don't frequent this forum. I hang out on copprcoins.com, because it is easy to navigate, and deals primarily with copper coins. I specialize in varieties, and use a scope, (two of them, in fact), for my searching, and sorting to a degree.
