I am glad everything went well with your coins arriving and I am happy that the seller gave you the correct shipping. Let me know how your auctions go, I am sure that gold will sure go for its value at the very least.

I have never bought any gold to date, mostly I enjoy World coins of about 100 years ago, preferably made of silver or rare in some other sense. It sounds like you have some great auctions going on and I am sure they will reach their values, gold coins usually do well on E-Bay.

      Doin fine dude.
Oh I love fossil hunting and studying. Infact my aim in life was to become world's most famous paleontologist. But life had other plans.:(
Regarding gemstone I have no idea again. I view them as mumbo jumbo things. Well silly superstitious Indians sometimes wear ten different gemstones in ten fingers as ring.....lol. But I think Coral is the most popular.
      Take care.

To answer the Italy question first, I believe it's because to many people from Italy claim that the item never arrived, which then gets them a full refund if the payed with paypal. I don't think this is the peoples fault, if it is the case there is probably just alot of mail theft there. As to your next question, 1st class is only 1.40 USD to mail to you. The only reason someone might want more is if they are sending it insured or if they just want to scam a little money off the shipping. Honestly on Ebay I prefer to only ship U.S. because for about 1.35 USD we can mail a coin and get dilivery confirmation that it arrived with in the U.S. . I too don't like the prospect of mailing things internationally the 1.40 way and having it take forever and just get lost and refunded at the sellers expence. The world needs to work together at coming up with a cheaper salution ;-)

That's really cool, so you too own one of each Iraqi dinar note? The art and quality of the bills is very well made. I think they will appreciate in value even if the Iraq government obsoletes them in a few years, just as a collectors item. Also, it would be awesome if they did retain them as currency and have them appreciate greatly, so as far as I am concerned I will keep mine because it seems to me to be a win - win iether way they go.

      1.00 USD = 1,157.33 IQD
Although trading , you can usually get 1.00 usd for 1000 IQD.
I'm not realy investing, because I figure the Iraqi dinar will crash or be replaced and traded in at the banks in Iraq for a lower denomination in a few years. So to me it is more of a collectable to have 1 of every coin and bill that was minted during the war, also of note, the quality and security measure and art of the bills will probably be collectable to have the set in the future. I could probably get 80-100 USD for my set that is really traded at about 40 usd just because it is a complete set. Ok, that's my long winded answer to your simple question ;-)

Paise is India's fractional currency. 100 paise = 1 Rupee.

Yup checked out your collectible section dude....looks cool. BTW found a typo in the definitive stamp spelling. Also you are using continent names in country rows.
I see you are also a card collector. I used to collect cricket and WWE cards and have a large collection of those but stopped adding any new ones now.

n.p. is 'naye paise'. It was the term used for fractional currency 'paise' till 1964 after decimalization in 1957. It means 'new paise'.

Yup its a common gift. If you paid anything over $4-$5, you got ripped off.
And I didn't get what you meant by Indian made gold bars.
