this year I will much more focused on my coin wants. with thee occasional impulse buy. lol I just bought a Cook Island proof set just because I have always wanted a proof 3 sided triangle $2.00 dollar coin from Cook islands. they never come up for sale on Ebay. I should get it in about 5-8 days from now.
when I saw it on Ebay I pounced on it. sure glad I did. that grade would probably not come on the market for another 10-20 years and I was NOT gonna wait that long. 1800's stuff is always interesting looking. good luck in your coin hunting
well the good stuff always costs more , but think of the enjoyment you will get from them. last month I bought what I call the holy grail coin for me was/is a Belgium 10 centimes copper coin for $750.00 would I ever spend that much on 1 coin again probably not in a very long time. lol this coins high grade is almost impossible to find on the market these days.,
