The basic premise is that nothing on a computer is every truly deleted. When you try to delete a file your computer simply removes the first few bytes of data that identify the files location. once the location is deleted the space becomes available to be written over by other data. Computer forensics tech have the necessary tools to recover that location information and retrieve the file.

Millard here. I'm retired 12 years and my contacts are no longer there so I don't have a name. All gov't agencies have computer forensics. An old co-worker of mine was a computer forensics tech. We've lost contact years ago. But if you know anyone in the OIG or Law Enforcement there is typically a Computer Forensics group associated with their office. Good Luck.

WOW! It appears you have done everything. I especially like your occupational quote "Whatever is needed, and of interest at the moment." It may be an over-leaping assumption, but I assume you have pursued many employment opportunities in life. If I may ask, any guidance for someone who is intelligent, educated, and gets bored quick (tough time doing the same thing year after year)?

We all as being different, must personally search in the belief that a "balance" will be found to tolerate our existence. I've located mine, where employers tolerate my control/direction, in exchange for their leading world-wide "market-share"! It's been 11+ years since your inquiry, I'm hoping you've found "balance"!

Just wanted to let you know I transferred my fathers mercs to one of those albums where you can see both sides of the coin, I really like those albums better. Besides the hole fillers you were so kind to include, I also upgraded a couple of coins. Thank you again.
