    How in the heck do you know it is fake? Just because there is maybe only one listed in existence doesn't mean there isn't another somewhere. I didn't see any pictures, did you? This is what collecting is all about.

    Come on Zeke... you've been around long enough to know better... just click the link in post #1 to the original thread. There's thousands of these reeded edge fakes out there, and you know it.

    Yes I did. He posted several photos on his other thread and it is an obvious fake.

    Well I was just hopin' to be in on an historic event. lol You never know when something rare and unique maight show up, double lol.

    Definitely fake.
    And btw they made fakes back in the day as well.

    The stars on the reverse is a dead give away to me. Have you felt the coin?
    How is the impression feel. Also is the metal soft, cold to touch etc? Describe the metal
