Today while checking my change I found this. A 1998 Quarter with "IN GOD WE TRUST" doubled. I check my 4th edition volume II Cherrypickers Guide but no luck. Anyone seen this one before. Thanks
From what I can see, it does not look like a DDO. I think what you see has something to do with the die being used to much. Can't think of the term, can someone help me out? Also, try taking a pic of IGWT from a better view. It is hard to tell from this angle. If it is a DDO, it would be easy to see if you get closer and right on top of the area in question.
