1943 copper cents? or am i missing something?

    IDK I can tell by the spotting & the price that they are plated. Electroplating maybe?
    The spotting seems to be an underlying layer of tarnish.

    My guess is that it looks like this. Things like that happen when you use odd colored backgrounds.

    Hmm never thought it would be the exposure. Thats odd though because what does the seller expect the buyers reaction to be when he gets Steel Wheats?
