    Made out in pencil
    Apparently so that Mr & Mrs St. Clair could pay $2 to the Thornton Company.

    Logo left: First National Bank / FNB / Bluefield W. VA.
    The First National Bank changed to Farmer’s Bank of Clinch Valley
    Bluefield, West Virginia changed to Tazewell, Va.
    March 19, 1947
    PTO: Cash $2.00
    Two and 00/100
    Signed A. St. Clair, Jr.
    Signed Mrs. A. St. Clair, Jr.

    That is a pretty neat find. I like it too...mostly because I am from WV and I am familiar with that area.

    Wow! Wish I could get away with that today... scratch out the city, the bank, and heck, why stop there, just draw a new picture of Lincoln on a one and have a heyday!

    Neat find, for sure!
