Is this an error on this 2007 p dime?

    I got this 2007P dime I found in my change two days ago, i want to know if is an error. Im postin some pics of Face/Reverse and the edge..of the dime.

    That dime was struck off-center, but I am not sure what happened afterwards to cause the gouges, maybe a counting machine.

    Whoa. Maybe it was struck partial collar, then struck again off center? Too bad it got stuck in some kind of machinery after the strike and messed up the obverse.
