Hi I am relatively new at coin collecting and I cam across a coin that stood out to me. Its a 1984 us quarter-dollar that has a chipped side but I think it was like this beofre it left the mint because the ring that goes around the perimeter of the coin is shifted instead of chipped off. I can't log on to this website from my work computer and I cannot upload pictures on here using my blackberry, but I do have a picture. If there is anybody that is interested in making an expert call on it let me know and I can email the picture.
