    S=Swastika/ Stater

    Ionia/ uncertain City State
    EL 1/24 Stater ND (625-600BC)

    The "swastika" was one of the first ever designs f946bdd2808e59d50a8fb01897980a8c (1).jpg on archaic coinage/ since it was a good luck symbol.
    The Stater was also one of the earliest used denominations in coin making.
