Low serial number in a star note is always awesome. Now the only thing that might hold you back is condition. Hopefully it is still Unc......
as mentioned, an image will be the biggest determining factor on if the price paid was worth it. being a star note on such an old note (compared to dated notes currently circulating) certainly will help. Either way, you saw it, wanted it, bought it. regardless of price paid, you got the note you wanted
