low grades ... collectible or not?

    if you look into the market of coin prices and compare the passed 3 years....Mint State coins have declined in value and coins in lower conditions continue to rise. So as far as coins as an investment I would buy lower graded coins, they have more profit potential

    If I say it is not collectible would you send it to me????? LOL - I gotta try and throw in the 1799 while your at it. :) BOY - if you did that I would have to upgrade this one. :)

    couldn't have said it better myself. imo, there's an appeal to cirulated coins. they're the ones that have "been there, done that." i have 2 ms coins in my entire collection to represent the full details that are supposed to be there. everything else is circulated. i love circulated coins!

    by the way, this coin ended up selling for $135.50 + $4.00 shipping = $139.50
