Anybody receive theirs yet? Mine supposedly went out on the 29th of August but when I track the item all I get is that the electronic information has been sent to FDX. Absolutely no movement of a shipment at all. Normally, within a few days of notice of shipment, I can see the progress of the shipment on the FDX site. Not so in this case and it has been a few days gone by since this item "supposedly" shipped. Anybody in my boat?

    green18,

I myself have never bought a proof set before. However I do have one or two coin and stamp shops around where I might be able to get a few from.

Uh oh! Holiday weekend. No USPS service on Monday due to holiday. Is this the fast-ship method: Fed Ex to local USPS delivery? , another parcel time-out Edison-style!

Well Dave, you're just around the corner from the fulfillment center. What's baffling me is my shipment shows nothing more than 'electronic information transmitted". Where in blazes is the physical product. Normally, in the past, something "physical' would show up a few days after the electronic info was transmitted. Not so in my case and days have gone by. Perhaps it's the holiday weekend as Chris (Krispy) eluded to. Time will tell. BTW, how 'bout a pic of that beautiful set? :)

Yeah. This has got to be the first time I got my subscription sets before you. Hopefully you get them Tuesday. I think you will be happy with the quality. Quarters look amazing.

I got the short set (quarters) a few months ago. I quite agree. The quality and strike is top shelf. :)

I agree. The Mint out did themselves. Makes that 175 bucks I paid for my 3 sets a little easier to swallow.

Mine shipped on the 1st from Indy went to Ohio but I live in Texas.

Looks like they are going in the wrong direction!

I hate the fedex drop ship to USPS they use....why not just keep the pipe line flowing from the mint to the customer via a common carrier.ie usps or fedex ? They have done this before and it just sucks as far as customer service.IMHO

Yeah, well I live in Ohio and mine go from Indy to Pittsburg(Through Ohio) and then back to Ohio. I don't try to figure out their distribution logic. Eventually they show up in my mailbox.

Mine is in Grove City, OH. Still waiting to be delivered to the USPS.

My last order of ATB Yosemite quarters has never arrived. They have been stuck in Daleville, AL for a month now. Just faxed a notice of non-receipt to the Mint so they can ship another set.

Who knew the anticipation for Christmas morning as a kid could become stronger when it comes to waiting on shipments from the Mint! ha ha

Mine arrived in MA Fri Sep 3 ... the FedEx tracking that morning said expected date Sep 7, but yes, the Mint did really well on this! Huzzah!

I ordered three silver and three clad proof sets on Saturday. They are in-stock and reserved. I'm at least a week away from seeing anything.

Hopefully they don't bond a relationship and stay together in Grove City; I think that's what happened to my Yosemite quarters in Daleville, AL! ha ha

Well the blasted shipment arrived today. I must confess, that I was getting a little worried that it would arrive at all. If you still track the item all that comes up is "information sent". Seems some doo doo at FDX missed a stroke and didn't scan the bar code on my shipment. I'm so tempted to report the item not.......oh never mind. :) That wouldn't be nice at all. So glad I've got it and the sets are pristine. Happy Camper.....:)
