1939 Jefferson Nickel: Could this be a reverse coin? 1938 or 1940.

Please help. I found this coin while I was roll searching today along with several other ones such as a 1927 buffalo. While researching the price I came across a listing of different reverse possibilities for this coin. Just wanted some guidance please.
