    Believe it or not, pictures that are right side up, and with sufficient detail to read the legends, are infinitely easier to identify than sidewise unclear photos.

    From what I can see, you have some kind of token or medal, not a coin.

    When I tried to enlarge the pictures enough to clearly see the characters, they pixilated.

    The legends are definitely not in Arabic or Chinese but beyond that I can't say.
