Would a penny be a error if the OBV. Rim was highly raised? I have a 63' in pretty good condition it has that glossy cameo look to it and I was wondering if it would be a error?
Well it's dirty a few scratches but it does have a proof look to it...smart moneys on it being a dirty proof?
If both sides of the coin are like that, then it's an off-center strike; if only one side is like that, then it's a mis-aligned die. Off-center strikes are the more valuable, and for either one it really needs to be far enough that the devices are affected.
Hahaha I love that pic haha sure I'll have to look through and find more with messed up borders like that in a minute I traded the one today with 2 special cameo mint quarters for a 20$ star note I traded my friend he's on here too been here longer than me we go to school together HKWW?
