Is this a brockage Merchant Token?

Odd Token I picked up in a group of tokens. The lettering is incused on the front and raised on the reverse. There are also a few letters like the PIT as in pittsburgh (where this brewery was located) on the reverse that are not on the obverse. Also the backward lettering on the reverse does not line up with the front lettering.

I would think that would be clashed dies rotated or not. You can see some of the other design IE the PIT.

 

Unless it was made that way.
