Have many coins and I figure I'll post the 2 oldest coins I've found in the collection while I sort through the rest.

First is a 1860 "Quar Dol" A picture on Google can be found here

Second is an indian head 1892 penny.

Neither have letters after the dates. If pictures are needed, I'll scan the coins. Thank you.

He, well most people here no what the coin looks like, but you need a picture of your coin to give you any kind of value. The cent will not have a mint make and the quarter the mint mark would be over the "quar.dol." on the reverse. It will either be an "O" or "S"

Alright. It didn't look good from the scan since they are in plastic cases. I'll get pictures with my actual camera tomorrow.

I believe I can see an "O" above the 'quar.dol.'

    Thank you
