    just thought i'd share some of the goodies i got this weekend.

    first up, the most expensive purchase... a 1913 type 1 buffalo nickel ($10)

    next, a 1904-o barber quarter

    and my fave, an 1899 queen victoria shilling

    i also picked up a 1908-o barber quarter, a 1938-d wheatie, and "a guide book of modern u.s. currency" 2nd edition. got all these (5 coins and 1 book) for $31.

    I don't collect foreign coins but I would say the shilling is my favorite as well :)
