I not sure of the date of the middle eastern coin? can anyone tell if 1955 or 1965

The character that looks like a Roman 7 is a 6, and the one that looks like a backwards 3 is 4.

 

This coin is also Egyptian if you didn't know. I believe it shows the Aswan dam. The reverse photo is upside-down, but the denomination on the reverse is '5' ... I assume pounds or piastres, but can't say for certain.

I knew I had Google the date about a year ago.
