With all the treads about searching roll and the miserable weather today, I sprinted to the bank and bought 20 rolls of kennedys. Results; 9 64-69 clads and a 1987 D in beautiful condition as well as some nice 80's for the collection. Hoping for more bad weather tomorrow ha. Whaddaya think?
I think its lots of fun searching rolls, and makes a killer way to spend time. It is exciting to find silver, but it also can sharpen your grading eye as you view Kennedy after Kennedy... keep searching, Franklins and Walkers sometimes can be found...
I do the same thing. Everytime I go to the bank I get 4 to 6 rolls of them. Over the years I've just about completed the entire Whitman album including the ones that were not supposed to be made for circulation and all from the bank.
