1963 D Full Steps Nickel / Rare in FS

    I am going with those that say that the coin is not a full step nickel. I see two patches that would keep it from making the grade.

    Wow that Heritage one is overgraded, I can't believe it sold for 9k!!

    I dont think the OP's coin is FS but if you compare it to the HA one it is.
    Send to PCSG and cross your fingers :D

    Ive looked at this guys nickels for atleast a month now on ebay not full steps. If your seeking full steps, this almost always has to be done in person:bigeyes:

    Yeah to see full steps you have to have the light and move the coin back and forth untill you can see the risers. Then examine for nicks and bridges.
