PMD. Might be a parking lot coin.

 

first i thought it was weak strike, then i thought maybe a dryer coin. Its bubbly.

 

What do you mean by "No brockage."? Did you think this coin had a brockage?

 

I see a lot of damage on the rims. But wait for others to chime in. It might take a few days for the others to show up.

*Can you make your pics a little larger. I usually save mine at 500 - 650 pixels. It'll provide a nice sized pic to examine. My vision gets a little strained with small pics.ld-guy-smile:

Well, how about Post Mint Damage or do you actually think it came of the press this way??

 

Maybe not exactly this way. but i do think there was originally an error to this coin, but after getting dragged and scraped under or with something, now the coin is worthless.
