Does anyone know where I can access a COMPREHENSIVE list that shows when the different Lincoln Cent errors & varieties were discovered. The reason I ask is I would like to narrow my variety/error searching to those that have least likely been cherrypicked already and that will bring a decent premium in AU grade. There are just too many minor errors and varieties for me to continue searching for and would like to concentrate on searching only BU rolls whenever possible. If I could find out which varieties/errors were not discovered until after 1970 that would be very helpful.
I don't know of any place or book with a listing. You may get far better results at Wexlers, LCR, or CopperCoins sites...
