My uncleaned coins reveal something peculiar in about 1 or every 10 coins. In this case, the coin is a little smaller than an American dime and has peculiar script. Any ideas on what civilization I should be investigating in order to identify this coin? Regards, M.
Can you arrange the obverse/reverse photos alongside each other with what you think to be 12' pointing up? I can't even tell how many coins I'm looking at here.
G.K., I am suspicious that these lots have a wide range of ages, so could be. Ardatiron, apologies for the ambiquity...it's all the same coin...both sides. And I have no idea which end is up...I can't tell what is a character and what is an illustration.
