I just got the last two notes needed to complete my 1928-1957B $1 small-size paper money Type Set. Yes, completed... EXCEPT for five notes that are out of my price range. 1935-A $1 Hawaii Brown Seal Star Note 1935-A $1 North Africa Yellow Seal Star Note As you can see from their grades, better notes were also out of my price range. And the five that I didn't get are: -- 1928 Red Seal Star note -- 1928-C Blue Seal Star note -- 1928-D Blue Seal Star note -- 1928-E Blue Seal Star note -- 1935-A Blue Late Finish note Thus my complete set is composed of 74 notes.
Oops, I had to adjust the type set count. I had two duplicates added in. And I had included 5 notes that aren't $1 bills. So the set count drops to 67.
The 28,s are very tough, especially star notes, but I do congratulate on what you have completed so far
Congrats on the additions! It's always nice to get near to completion and the exciting part now is to be on the hunt for those unaffordable ones at better prices!
