Pulled this one out of a roll today. It's a 1977 Canadian Cent that has some serious lamination issues. A small piece must have peeled off, leaving the shiny area. (Upon closer examination, that area is just peeled back):
now i know the meaning. found one similar to this today. will post soon,although yours is abit better than mine. great find!!
