Looks like a normal Cent to me. The doubling is on the lower part of the CE, but above the field. http://doubleddie.com/12201.html Similar to this 1959 DDR. The devices are extended to the rim leaving an area showing the doubling. Just not as drastic as the example I posted.
I going to mail to Wexler he seen the photos too.he said I like to see it. this one not like the one that in this weeks Coin World just the C of cents look doubled and maybe tripled on the top of the C
