Since Theodore Kacynski was not a coin collector, the silver must have been used for some other purpose. they should just let everyone out of prison! i really do wonder why he had this?? i don't know much about this guy. was he a thief or "thug"? maybe he could have robbed a house and got this... let me rephrase that last part...i obviously know what he did, but don't know much about his past..
