1924-D Lincoln struck through or PMD ?

    I examed the coin under the microscope and ther are all kinds of odd things going on all over the obv & rev. Maybe someone has seen this condition before.

    Nice pictures, but I can see nothing I can call anything except PMD. It looks like someone has squeezed the coin somehow.

    It looks like a piece de-laminated off the obverse, then it was struck post mint. See the peel under the letter E. The reverse, I can't tell.

    Does anyone else see the 3 "L's" in LIBERTY ?

    The second on I cannot tell if it is MD or PMD, but I am pretty sure the "third L" is nothing but PMD.
