Yes I've heard them, they're irritating as all get out but it's kinda like my background music. The only thing is I haven't seen the guy who calls himself the coin king. Here is his knuckehead self in the worst of times. The video is when he scratched the buffalo nickels slab. Big huge scratch, he must have felt like krapus interruptus. That's t the beauty of TV and the internet as well. If you contact millions and millions of people, you will eventually find some that will buy almost anything. EBAY is the greatest example of that. Many TV commercials are histerical until you find out how many people did purchase that thing whatever it was.
They are worse than annoying Robert and Shawn have been bothering people and telling so many lies. I am very surprised that they are still on. Besides the drinking games that can be played when they say "LNC' or "While they last" and "You have to be quick on this one". They state so many things that are just wrong. Am I the only one that notices that? They sell silver eagles in tubes straight out of monster boxes. Yeah, right! They don't tell you that all of the 69's and 70's have already been certified and those are what are sent back from NGC or PCGS that don't make the grade. I even heard Robert, Scott and Shame discussing it. Another thing, if all of what they sell are exactly what they say they are, then they should't get any returns. I wonder how much they make on all the people that return things. They guarenty 100% satisfaction or your money back. If they are great, why don't they send back the cost of shipping it. Very fishy. What a joke. I feel sorry for someone that buys something that costs alot and gets stuck for the shipping charges because it wasn't what they said. Crooks, the lot of them
They should start using the Red Book, it's a reliable source. eBay is overpriced junk. Just look at what's going on now. People are manufacturing a bunch of "blowing smoke" excuses like: "My bank account is full" or "Sorry, we're trying to raise a family. We're too busy, so we can't send you the money", and they don't pay for weeks or months at a time. Most stuff in ads is much cheaper than the Coin Vault, but, there's a $7 string attached to it in the S&H.
