Do any of you guys ever look at the old posts just to see how the predictions came out ? I mean like gold peaking at $1100, the 1988 DRV worth $50. The 1992 WAM worth $60, etc. Looks like we were wrong as often as not ?
I will admit that I was wrong on all of my past gold and silver predictions. I do not think that I was right on any predictions except for my prediction about the Lakers winning the 2010 NBA Championship. I was right about that prediction.
Yes. I look back at where we were and what we said. I look for perspective and to reassess. I just suggested someone look back one year earlier today in another bullion thread. Most of our crystal balls are busted in some fashion. But it's still a challenge worth hashing about with our old jalopy to see if we can get there. One member even held an interesting contest about guessing bullion prices, which proved to be very enlightening and should serve as a kind of record to reflect on.
