Strike Through on Penny?

I was just looking through some pennies today and noticed this one that seems to look like a strike through of some sort. Just wanted to know what everyone thinks.

Not sure if it's a strike through. To me it looks like either a die crack of some sort or a lamination error (sorry if this is not the correct term or phrase).
