I see a few of these Morgans on ebay.

It is a smaller slab with AND official grade (MS64) on obverse and reverse of slab AMERICAN NUMISMATIC ASSCOCIATION, PNG, AND CERTIFIED MEMBER VERIFIED

Are these grading coins? Any info might help. One last week was a CC I could have used!
