Is this a Canada 1891 S.D.S.L. Cent?

    It appears to me to be the S.D. & S.L., but I am not an expert and wanted some more input on this coin.

    Yes, it's a SD/SL .. Obv 2. If it has small leaves (I use the leaf at the 6:30 - 7:00 position to check), then it's always got to be a small date.
    It's an Obv 2 because the C's are open (not almost closed like a 3) and the E's have a small vertical crossbar (the 3's have a long vert crossbar).
    Most Obv 2's also have a missing/very weak left foot on the N in Regina. Nice coin
