On eBay, "almost over" is 2 seconds left. The bids that occur in the last 10-15 seconds just amaze me.
The No Return statement would lose me. Even though I have never returned an item, even when not properly described, it gives me a sense of protection.
I never bid again on items listed with "No Return". I feel that if the item is such that the seller will not accept it back, there is something wrong with it. Past experience taught me that.
if your implying my coins are all conterfeit...well im not gunna say they arent. but the point is...you should buy them
Not at all. But in the past when I bought items with no returns, I was extremely disappointed in them. Now, I feel if the seller won't take it back, then why would I want it ? That's just because, like I said, every time I won an item like that, it came up short. Certainly, many bidders must feel as I do, which can cost a seller sales. Just an opinion based on my personal observation. Not intended to trash your items, just meant to point out how it can affect sales from a buyers' point of view.
According to the email reminder of watched items ending that I just received from eBay saying, "Don't let it get away. This item ends soon. If you want it, you'll need to bid to have a chance at winning it." I guess we are technically approaching the "almost over" stage A lot of that last 10-15 second action can be attributed to the snipers dueling it out. Maybe the OP can strap on a pulsometer in the final moments of bidding and let us know his stats after the auction ends. :smile
Are you trying to use this thread to sell your coins? This may be construed to be in violation of CT rules now.
It will be over soon. Give him a break, he wants what we all do. To have a hobby that sustains itself. I can't buy unless I sell something either. lol
it was a typo!!!i meant to say the point is, do NOT buy my coins! please dont buy them! there is only 3 1/2 hours left to not buy them! so hurry! dont buy them!
Give him a break and he'll take a mile as you can see from several of his whiney, off-kilter threads. Give him a break and everyone else will try to squeeze one past edgewise. There's a forum for it, he used it and has manipulated this one to the same, gain... but a gain is yet to be proved based on his anxiety over how the listing will end.
Well, I am not bidding. LOL There;s no returns accepted and I shye away from those listings. How about you guys ?
I was thinkin' more along this line.....http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cEnJDaqT3-0 And I'm with Lehigh. That line has been crossed.
I disagree. It is not like I am advertising for my listing. I am merely stating how I get more watchers with it not having a reserve. I never actually posted a link or anything. You guys are acting like I did this: Incredible deal going on! Bid now before it is too late!! http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=170519383968&ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT If I did something like that, which I would never do, then the line would have been crossed.
