Have no clue if this has been posted here, did a quick search and been gone the last few days. Read the blog on DLRC, here is the link. http://www.davidlawrence.com/dlrc_blog.cfm/articleID/1486 Can't say I'm surprised, I wonder if ICG is or was getting more customers than DGS and what will happen to them, as well as ANACS.
IMO they put an obvious spin on the reason(s) for terminating their services. I personally read it as 'Hey, we ain't gettin' no business.' And as for ANACS and ICG, I suspect they are hurting. When I go to a big show such as Whitman the PCGS and NGC tables are quite prominent and busy. If ANACS or ICG are there I don't notice them.
Honestly, it kind of stinks that a company that is using the right standards and was probably just as good is going under...btw, as long as shop at home, the coin vault and etc exist, ICG will have big, bulk business.
I agree, but they were trying to move into a market that is dominated by established TPG's (NGC and PCGS). Plus with CAC and now the super-slabs from NGC and PCGS they didn't stand a chance. You will note that I didn't include ICG and ANACS in the discussion.
they were not to good anyway DGS ask me to send the some coin the 1st week there had change from PCI/Buy out they lost 2 but replaced them but. I glad David called it quits
