How to polish slabs

    All I can do is laugh. I know you intend well, but you really don't know what you're talking about, no offense.

    I take digital images of all my slabbed coins for my photo inventory.
    Among other things I need the slab as scratch-free as reasonably possible.
    Here's a recent purchase that I forgot to clean up first:

    The problem is most noticeable at the top of Liberty's head.

    I use the Novus polishes.
    The polish for "Fine Scratches" will take care of >95% of problems.
    The polish for "Heavy Scratches" will take care of most of the rest.
    Since I haven't tried any other polishes I can't make a comparison.
