In your opinion what would this capped Bust 1807 grade. I happened to just have grabbed it. Every time I get a few bucks in my "FUN FUND" I always manage to blow it, and I sure have a weakness for <VF 1807's...

    Thanks for looking

Ah. ok. I dont have one, so I dont know anything about them lol. But I saw a post somewhere, where somebody was talking about one of those and said it was fake because the back was supposed to say cents and not cent.

Yes, there are fakes out there and that is a good way to tell the difference. They started putting "cents" on the 1837 ones, they were smaller, and had edges which looked like this (111111111111) same as our modern coins. The word it's called slips my mind now???

I think fine-12 for a grade.Earlier halves had lettered edge 1837 and later had reeded edge except 1809 ther were lettered edge, xxxx edge and llllll edge.Oh yeah and the rare 1836 reeded edge

Yes, REEDED was the word I was lo0oking for. This makes the 3rd one I have and probably the best, LOL. The other two are in G-4/G-8 shape.
