Hey guys, got the 2010 Proof Set today, and overall, the quality is good, but the Franklin Pierce Dollar has spots on the obverse. THE SPOTS ARE NOT ON THE HOLDER. I believe that they are copper spots, but just to be safe, I have already contacted the mint via a letter sent in the U.S. Mail. Here's two pics under a 16x loupe: What do you think?
