1881 Shield Nickel

Did someone just get a really good buy? 3rd lowest population for Shield Nickels... It looks cleaned to me or something, but maybe acetone might fix it up. Anyways, do you think it was a good buy? (I didn't buy it, I have one myself)

If it's genuine I'll say it's a good deal. The 81 in VG runs around $230 - $260.

 

That's what I was thinking, it should have gone for at least $200.

 

I think thats a fake. The rim is not even all the way around the coin.
