Well i haven't really seen the coins yet but im mostly buying the quarters for thier silver content.

I offered to buy 9(around 1940-1964) quarters from this guy for 3$ ea = 27
    and i offered 1$ for 9 dimes (around 1940-1964) so i offered 36$ for the 18 coins ?

was it a good deal? im mostly buying it for the silver and i haven't really seen the coins yet but maybe thier in good condition i hope :p it would be a bonus xD?

Ya you can't go wrong with that, IMO.

So, what you're saying is you paid $36 for $3.15 face value of silver. That works out to be just under 11.5 x face value for the 90% silver. According to coinflation.com 90% silver coinage is worth ≈ 13 x face value as of today's spot price of $17.97/oz

So, YES, that would be a "good deal".
