what is this 20 dollar star note maybe misprint worth?

    It's worth a lot more because it is a star note. Someone who collects notes will probably be able to tell you a price.

    Comparing it to others with a similar cutting error, I would estimate (depending on condition) to be 6X - 8X face or more.
